Intellimune Kale Chips

2 tbs gomasaio
2 tbs intellimune oil
5-6 cups kale, rinsed and stems removed

Massage gomasaio and oil into torn pieces of kale, coating evenly. Lay on dehydrator sheets and cook at 105 degrees for 4-5 hours until crispy. Can also cook in oven on 105 degrees with the door open, revolve trays each hour to ensure even crispiness. Feel free to add to this base, herbs, spices, curry, the variations are endless. Great to eat as is, add to salads or crumble & substitute in place of breadcrumbs in recipes. The sky is the limit!

Gomasaio can be purchased at most local health food stores or ordered online at a variety of retailers. Can also omit or sub for un-roasted sesame seeds for completely raw chips
