Raw Sesame Miso (surprise!) Energy Balls

1/2 c raw nut butter (also can use 1/4 c dried pb, water added, + 1/4 c nut butter of choice)
1/4 c raw honey
1 tbs white miso
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp orange peel
Pinch ginger
Pinch salt
1/2 c coco flour/gf flour blend
1/2 c dessicated (dehydrated & defatted) coconut
1 tbs raw sesame seeds
1/2 tbs flax seeds
Can also add:
-chopped dried fruit (persimmons, mango, bananas are great)
-chopped dried or crystallized ginger
-chopped raw nuts of choice
Water or raw coco/almond milk as needed to moisten

Mix wet ingredients in bowl, add flour & coconut to form a large ball, fold in nuts seeds and additional ingredients. Add water/milk as needed to create good consistency. Roll into balls (any size you would like), can finish by rolling in sesame seeds. Pop in the mouth and enjoy! Makes about 12 tbs size balls. Hit the beach and soak up that sunshine like there is no tomorrow~
