I recently had the opportunity to deepen my teaching practice by attending a Barre Burn training at Yoga Fresh, and I am SOOO excited to integrate this intense, dynamic approach to strengthening and lengthening the body into upcoming classes!
A blend of traditional ballet, yoga, and pilates which incorporates weights and props for a low impact, booty burning, all-over-sculpting hour of power, Barre is an incredible way to tone and strengthen the body in a balanced way, and a perfect compliment to your yoga practice.
