At this time of year, it is even more clear that change is the only constant-even better to embrace it and be open to the experience! Why not switch up the routine and try something new?

I recently had the opportunity to deepen my teaching practice by attending a Barre Burn training at Yoga Fresh, and I am SOOO excited to integrate this  intense, dynamic approach to strengthening and lengthening the body into upcoming classes!

A blend of traditional ballet, yoga, and pilates which incorporates weights and props for a low impact, booty burning, all-over-sculpting hour of power, Barre is an incredible way to tone and strengthen the body in a balanced way, and a perfect compliment to your yoga practice.

My first class will be held Friday, May 24th at 5:30pm! Kick off your weekend with a booty burning dance party at the Barre 😉 You can find more info and RSVP here (space is limited):
