Curious to know more? Our bodies serve as a playground to explore and transcend predetermined limitations, letting go of judgement and finding stillness. I specialize in a type of Ashtanga-based Hatha yoga that is generally referred to as Vinyasa. Vinyasa, simply explained, means “to place in a special way”, and in my classes we connect and flow with breath, using this as a teacher, as we move through a specially designed series created to challenge and unite body, mind and spirit, gaining internal and external strength. The tools that we cultivate on our mats not only serve us to grow stronger in our bodies, but also allow us to find calm in the face of intensity.

In addition to Vinyasa style classes, I teach Pilates, Barre, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, and offer special events, cleanses, group and one-on-one coaching that explore ways to incite wellness and balance. I also do specialized athletic team training & conduct workshops for colleges and businesses,  including the University of St. Thomas, Symantec Corporation, Intelligent Nutrients, W hotel, Foshay Tower and HB Fuller, among others. I’ll be teaching classes open to the public this spring at Pilates ProWorks in Edina, Yoga Fresh in Woodbury, and Six Degrees in Mpls.
